Step 1 of 6 - Your ideal identity
Who do you most want to become?

Not your job title. Not what you think you should be. The real version of you - the one who has done the work, who trusts herself, who shows up the way she wants to.

Describe her. What does she think? How does she feel? How does she carry herself?

Think about how she'll feel, what she'll be able to do, and how others will experience her.

Step 2 of 6 - What's in it for you
Three gains from making this change

Not abstract things - real, felt things. What will actually be different in your day-to-day life when you are living as this version of you?

Step 3 of 6 - The honest truth
What does staying the same actually cost you?

This one matters. When change feels hard, it helps to remember what you're actually choosing if you don't change. Be real with yourself here - no one else is reading this.

Step 4 of 6 - Your north star
Write one sentence from your new identity

This is a statement you want to be completely true about yourself in 12 months. Write it in the present tense, as though it's already true - because that's exactly where you're heading.

It doesn't have to feel 100% believable yet. That's okay. Write the truest version of where you're going.

Write it as "I am…" or "I feel…" - keep it grounded in how you feel, not what you do.
Saved! Moving on...
Step 5 of 6 - Your daily promise
One action. Every single day.

Pick one thing - under 15 minutes - that connects you to your identity sentence. Something small enough that there's no excuse not to do it, even on the hardest days.

This is not about motivation. It's about a promise you keep to yourself, every day. Your life will become the sum of the promises you have kept.

If it takes less than 5 minutes on a bad day, it still counts. Done is better than perfect.
Saved! Moving on...
"Your life will become the sum of the
promises you have kept."
30-day commitment
End-of-day reflection

Three lines. That's all. Just be honest with yourself.

Saved! See you tomorrow.
