Ameena Basile and Julie Parker

Most of our clients come to the Master Program because things have become too complex to manage alone. It is not a sign of struggle, it is a sign of ambition.

For practice owners who need more than monthly check-ins.

The Master Program is for practice owners facing real complexity, whether that is team challenges that are dragging on, systems that are not holding, numbers that are not moving, or a growth phase that needs proper support. It is for people who want a consultant genuinely embedded in their practice, not just a monthly phone call.

Your team is not performing the way it shouldPeople problems rarely fix themselves. The Master Program gives you consistent, weekly support to work through culture, communication, and performance issues properly.

Your systems are reactive, not proactiveThings fall through the cracks. There is no roadmap. You are dealing with problems as they arrive rather than preventing them. We build the systems that change this.

You are growing fast and need structureGrowth is great until it exposes everything that is not in place. The Master Program helps you build the foundation so growth does not break the practice.

You want someone who knows your practice deeplyWeekly contact means we understand your team, your patients, your pressures, and your goals. The advice you get is specific, not generic.

Your numbers need attentionMonthly KPI tracking, quarterly financial reviews, and access to your dental software means we always know where your practice stands and what to focus on next.

You want your team to grow alongside youUp to three team members enrolled in the Dental Practice Management Course, plus The Academy, so the whole leadership layer levels up, not just the principal.

Not sure if this is the right level of support? If things are relatively under control and you mainly want a strategic sounding board, the Advisory Program at $1,250/month may be a better fit. The best way to work out which is right is a free discovery session. We will always give you an honest answer.

Common questions.

Is there a minimum commitment period?
No lock-in. We ask for 30 days notice to exit. We find that practices that are a good fit stay because it is working, not because they are obligated to. Most clients stay well beyond the first few months, and the 12-month milestone unlocks lifetime course access for you and your team.
How is this different from the Advisory Program?
The Master Program is full immersion. Up to two weekly sessions, a live Trello roadmap, quarterly onsite workshops, quarterly financial reviews, and a consultant who is genuinely embedded in your practice week to week. The Advisory Program is one monthly session, KPI tracking, and email support. Both are strong programs, the right one depends on how much support your practice needs right now.
Will I always work with the same consultant?
Yes. We will match you with Ameena or Julie based on what your practice needs most, and that relationship stays consistent. Continuity matters. We want to know your practice properly, which is only possible with the same consultant across every session.
What does 'anytime access' actually mean?
It means that when a time-sensitive situation comes up between sessions, you can reach out and we will respond. It is not unlimited coaching. It is knowing that when something urgent comes up, you have someone to call who knows your practice and can give you a fast, informed perspective.
What does the onsite workshop include?
Up to one half-day or full-day team workshop at your practice per quarter. The content is tailored to what your team needs most at the time, whether that is communication, systems, patient experience, or team culture. Onsite work shifts things in a way that video calls cannot replicate.
Do sessions run online or in person?
Weekly consulting sessions are conducted via video call, which works extremely well for regular ongoing work. Onsite workshops are in person at your practice. Any associated travel is discussed transparently at the discovery session.
Can I move to the Advisory Program later?
Yes, absolutely. As your practice stabilises and your needs change, stepping back to the Advisory Program is a straightforward conversation. We want the level of support to match what you actually need, not just what you started with.
