Arnie brings over 46 years of clinical and technical experience to the table, and is widely recognised as a leader in the fields of prosthetics, implantology, and digital denture techniques. His qualifications include a Diploma of Education (TAFE), an Advanced Diploma in Dental Prosthetics, and certification in the construction of implant overdentures.

Arnie is a Master Instructor of Dr Abe's Suction Effective Mandibular Complete Denture (SEMCD) technique, and one of just two non-Japanese instructors globally to hold this distinction. He has lectured and trained alongside Dr Abe in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.

He has also worked extensively with Ivoclar as a consultant and trainer in removable prosthetics and digital denture workflows, including testing and refining 3Shape and Ivoclar digital solutions. You don't have to spend 20 years figuring out the best way to do it, when Arnie has already been there.

With over 30 years in dental practice management, Ameena has worked inside more practices than most people will ever see. Her particular strengths are in database management, practice productivity, and financial performance, the three areas that most directly determine whether a denture clinic is genuinely profitable or simply busy.

Ameena grew up in her father's medical practice and watched him close 35 years of dedicated service without the financial reward he deserved. That experience shaped everything about how she works. With a background in accounting, she brings a financial lens that most practice consultants simply don't have, helping clinic owners see exactly where revenue is being lost, where the database is underperforming, and where the real growth opportunities are hiding.

When it comes to denture clinics specifically, Ameena focuses on patient recall systems, appointment flow, production targets, and making sure every consultation counts. She translates complex numbers into plain language and practical action.

Julie is the first non-dentist to own a dental practice in Australia, which she ran for ten years. That background gives her a perspective that most consultants don't have: she has sat in the chair you're sitting in, made the decisions you're making, and built a team from the ground up. She knows what it actually feels like to run a practice, not just advise on one.

Julie's particular strengths are in team culture, leadership development, and the communication skills that make the difference between a practice that functions and one that genuinely thrives. For denture clinics, where the patient relationship is deeply personal and the team dynamic is critical, these skills matter enormously. She works with practice owners and their teams on how they communicate, how they lead, and how they build a culture that attracts and retains great people.

She holds NLP training and is a certified practitioner in the Being Framework, and brings a warm, direct coaching style that gets results without the corporate jargon. Julie has a long Toastmasters background and uses those principles to help practice teams communicate with confidence and clarity.
