She owned her own practice for ten years and was the first non-dentist to own a dental practice in Australia. She holds NLP training and is a certified practitioner in the Being Framework. Known for her warm, direct style and deep practical knowledge, Julie has a gift for seeing what a practice truly needs and helping it get there.
Ameena brings over 31 years of hands-on dental industry experience, from the clinical floor to leading teams and building high-performing practice systems from the ground up. Her passion for practice management runs deep. Growing up in her father's medical practice, and watching him close 35 years of dedicated service without the financial reward he deserved, shaped everything about the way she works.
