Ameena Basile and Julie Parker founded Dental Business Mastery because they kept seeing the same thing: excellent clinicians running practices that were not performing the way they should, not because of a lack of effort, but because nobody ever taught them the business side.
Julie was the first non-dentist to own a dental practice in Australia, which she ran for ten years. Ameena grew up in her father's medical practice and has spent 31 years building expertise across practice management, team development, and dental business finance.
