Discovery Session

In your first session, we learn about your practice, goals and challenges through an online meeting. This step is crucial to create a program that meets your needs.

Proposal

We then draft a proposal based on our session. Through a collaborative process, we tweak it until you are happy.

You have the flexibility to choose the length of your program, ranging from 3 months to 2 years.

Commence Program

Once you approve the proposal, we send your final Consulting Program Contract. Your initial payment activates your program.

Features

Within the program, we track KPIs, schedule regular meetings, and provide a project management app to handle all tasks. You’ll also become a member of The Club and have full access to support from Julie and Ameena.

In late 2019, we began working with a visionary client from Brisbane who was in the planning stages of opening her first dental practice from scratch.   • Growth and Capacity: By the end of 2022, the practice reached its capacity, turning over  in excess of $1,000,000.

 

Expansion

  • Second Practice Acquisition: In January 2023, the practice owner expanded her portfolio by purchasing a well-established dental practice that had been in operation for 11 years.
  • Doubling Turnover: Through our continued strategic support and operational excellence, we doubled the turnover of the newly acquired practice by October 2023.
