The course is designed for any team member or practice owner who is involved in the management of a dental practice.
Aspiring receptionists, current Practice Managers and dental practice owners will all gain enormous value from this course.
Delivery
Participation in the course is online.
Students can join fellow students at the weekly Live Sessions, facilitated by Julie and Ameena and be stepped through the course week by week.
Alternatively, progress at your own pace without attending the Live Sessions, using the course content alone.
All content is housed in your own dashboard and you can move back over lessons at any time.
Recognition
Completion of the course will result in the awarding of the Dental Business Mastery Dental Practice Management Course Successful Completion Certificate.
Support
Ameena and Julie are available for phone calls and emails with students for the duration of the course.
Students can book online Lesson Sessions when they need personalised assistance.
All students can also ask for support and gain feedback from each other through our group communication tool.
Length
The Live Session program is 12-months in duration.
However, students can elect to take a shorter or longer period of time to complete when they choose to progress at their own pace.
Price
The cost of the Dental Practice Management Course is $3,528 including GST. Students are welcome to pay for the course in 12 x monthly installments of $294 including GST or 24 monthly installments of $147 including GST. Additional team members from the same practice location can enrol for no additional charge.

Each student is required to enroll individually, but once enrolled, additional team members can also be enrolled at no extra cost.
Students have the flexibility to select one of two weekly sessions based on their preference. The available choices, in Melbourne time, are Mondays from 9am to 11am and Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm. It’s important to note that the same lesson will be delivered during both live sessions in any given week.
All Live Sessions are recorded and made available on your student dashboard for convenient access at any time.
There are no specific deadlines or due dates imposed. You have the flexibility to progress through your lessons and assignments at your own pace. Students can access the curriculum and Live Sessions for as long as they require, allowing ample time to complete the course materials.
While attending the Live Online Sessions offers numerous advantages, we understand that it may pose challenges for certain students. Therefore, all Live Sessions are recorded and provided to all students for convenient access at any time.
Our curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to make a meaningful impact while remaining easily comprehensible and simple to incorporate into your daily routine. There’s no need for concern, as your instructors will provide clear guidance, leading you through each step of the process.
For students who actively engage in the weekly Live Sessions and complete the assignments to earn their Successful Completion Certificate, a time commitment of 2 hours per week is recommended.
However, for students who prefer self-paced learning and progress through the curriculum on-demand, the amount of time dedicated to the course is entirely at their discretion. There are no time restrictions for course completion and students can remain enrolled for as long as they require.
It’s important to note that the insights, strategies and resources acquired during the course actually enhance your time management skills, significantly improving your efficiency and productivity. As a result, the time invested in the course is effectively returned to you through increased productivity, allowing you to accomplish more within the available time.
In the event that you are unable to finish the curriculum within a year, there’s no need to worry! Your enrollment remains active, granting you continuous access to the curriculum.
